Product introduction
This product contains a bisphosphite structure and a high content of alkyl trivalent phosphorus, which makes the antioxidant effect more prominent and efficient. It is structurally free of alkylphenols, meets the latest market regulations and development trends, and is better combined with UV absorbers.
Application
This product is a new type of phosphorus-based auxiliary high-temperature antioxidant. It has high effective phosphorus content, strong ability to decompose hydrogen peroxide, and has excellent initial coloration, transparency and high fluidity.
This product is often used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants for ABS, PS, HIPS, NBR, SBS, PP, PE, LLDPE, PVC, PC, PA, PET, UP, amide fibers, polyester fibers, adhesives. , coatings, inks, composite additives production and processing, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, calcium and zinc stabilizer compounding.
This product is insoluble in water, the addition amount is 3‰~10‰, and the flash point is 260°C.
